What it is?
A quiet expression of water and light.
Also known as “ShuiMo Zi”, or commonly known as Albite Jade. It is known for its soft translucency and delicate, mist-like appearance. Its gentle white tone and naturally formed textures give each piece a quiet sense of depth.
Its name, ShuiMo — meaning “water ink” — reflects the way light moves through the stone, creating a calm, fluid appearance reminiscent of ink dissolving in water.
Unlike Jadeite, Shuimo Jade has its own mineral composition and character. We love it for the way it catches light softly — never overly bright, yet never without presence.
Why YÙIN chose it?
Yùin is drawn to gemstones with character rather than perfection. Each piece is naturally different — some appear almost clear, while others reveal soft clouds, misty layers or gentle variations within the stone. These natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece individual. A quiet stone, with its own light.
