At YÙIN,
every order is carefully prepared before it makes its way to you.

Please take a moment to read through our Order & Shipping Policy before placing your order.
It covers order preparation, shipping, delivery, tracking and a few things to keep in mind once your piece is on its way.

01 — PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit & Debit Cards

• FPX Online Banking

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase for your order to be confirmed and prepared.

At the moment, Grab PayLater, Atome and other instalment or financing options are not available.

If we introduce additional payment methods in the future, we'll announce them accordingly.

02 — ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your payment has been successfully completed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Please check your order information carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice anything incorrect.

Your order will then move into preparation.

03 — ORDER PREPARATION

Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your YÙIN piece especially for you.

Please allow 6–7 working days for order preparation before your order is handed over to the courier.

This preparation period is separate from the courier delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

04 — ORDER ISSUES

If you notice any issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item, a missing item or an order discrepancy, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the parcel and its contents so we can look into the issue and assist you accordingly.

If your piece arrives damaged, please refer to our 7-Day Damage Coverage under the Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy.

06 — SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED TRANSIT

Please refer to the YÙIN Shipping Rate table below for our current shipping rates, complimentary shipping thresholds and estimated courier transit times.

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, parcel weight, dimensions and courier availability. Customs clearance, public holidays and unforeseen circumstances may also affect delivery times.

07 — DELIVERY TIME

Your total delivery time consists of:

Please note that courier services may operate on different schedules or close during public holidays. This may affect parcel collection, transit and delivery times.

During peak periods, public holidays or periods of high courier volume, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

We appreciate your patience while your YÙIN piece makes its way to you.

08 — TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take some time to appear or update after your parcel has been collected.

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period of time, please contact us with your order details and we'll be happy to look into it with you.

09 — DELAYS, LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

We understand how exciting it is to wait for your YÙIN piece. 🤎

While we carefully prepare and hand over every order, courier delays or delivery issues can sometimes happen.

If your parcel appears to be delayed, missing or incorrectly delivered, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We'll do our best to assist and liaise with the relevant courier where appropriate.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by courier operations, peak periods, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance and other circumstances outside of YÙIN's reasonable control.

10 — INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, delivery may be subject to customs clearance and local import requirements.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs clearance may also affect the estimated delivery time.

YÙIN cannot guarantee how long a parcel may be held by customs or the specific requirements imposed by the destination country.

11 — THIRD-PARTY COLLECTION

At the moment, third-party collection is not available.

Each YÙIN piece requires time to be carefully prepared before it is ready to leave us, so we're currently unable to arrange collection through third parties.

As YÙIN grows, we hope to introduce collection options in the future.
